Cool lyrics and lovely guitar backing. Not sure where the chorus was due to cord changes, so took a few listening to make sure I had it right.

Which brings me to vocal rendition. She has a lovely vibrato in her voice, so needs to watch her pitching on cord changes, but it's quirky and her style, but a little bit more emphasis on her musical performance, as it can sound all a bit too monotone, if not careful, but this girl has a place in this industry.

Very pretty and a beautiful voice. The structure felt a little disjointed which meant it was hard to follow the lyrics.

I anticipated a different melody in the chorus, but was satisfied with were you took it. The chorus was soft and the lyrics were deeply felt.

I'm afraid I don't think the song has been developed enough. It feels like it has come from an improvisation and hasn't quite made the transition into a fully-fledged song. Lyrically, I also can't really make out if it has any particular meaning apart from some interesting, if slightly clunky, word-play. Why not write clearly about something that everyone can relate to - that way, you're more likely to connect. There may well be a much better song in there but it will take more time and discipline to get there.

I like Dulcie's voice. It's has a rich, interesting, soulful quality but i don't think the song is doing it justice. Guitar playing is also good, if quite safe and generic - it could have benefited from some more variety as the song progressed.

Well recorded. Nice vocal quality and the mix is fine for what it is. It feels very live (it probably is) and i think it would be good for them to make full use of what a studio can offer. This doesn't mean that you need to depart from the intended simplicity and space - all the best production is subtle and unobtrusive. Why note try additional guitar overdub textures to emphasise structure and perhaps even some BVs to give the song more dynamic shape.

It might be worth collaborating with some other writers or writer/producers to better develop the song. Or, why not try songs written by other people and concentrate all your efforts and intensity on the performance where I suspect your strengths may more comfortably lie. Don't worry if you don't end up singing your own songs. That can be a red herring and can limit your potential. Song writing and singing are two v different skills.

Nice song - good vibe. The verse lyrics however seem to scan badly. The distribution of the syllables is not sympathetic to the rhythm of the song.

This does very little for me. Halfway between acid-jazz and something more modern. A bit too derivative for my taste!
