Good acoustic guitar line, adequate lyrics with a nice central conceit.

Neech's vocal seems to be slightly lacking in confidence. Needs to grab the space and give it more of a bash. Feels like she's holding back a little, but there's a good starting level. Nice guitar playing throughout.

Production is OK, but a bit over-busy. Don't like the delay on the vocal choruses; and sometimes the little touches (transistored guitar, tings and squiggles) detract from the overall groove.

Musically the songwriting needs attention, The chorus isn't quite right. (here I go again.. I made that comment on 6 other tracks). The chorus is too rocky, should stay bluesy. Can't quite make out the lyrics, do they sound bitter?

Instruments performed well. Neech has a good voice and a really great ability to perform well as I know from other tracks. On this one though the performance could be stronger. Don't hold back.

We like the Blues. The track starts rootsy and should stay rootsy, but liking the bleeps.
There is some sort of beat but it's a bit half-hearted. Either leave it out or make it meatier. Is this song finished?

I do like the track, because I love gritty Blues but as the track and the composition move along it all seems to be getting watered down too much. Stay with 2 or 3 chords

Also note that guest judges have been asked to give critical and constructive feedback to artists in order to help them develop their sounds to the stage where they could be more easily signed and help them grow and develop.

Great track which has good tension through out, it's well composed with a nice use of sounds. The vocals are great and it's well produced. Sounds like you�re there already.

I'd definitely play this on the radio, and have!

Interesting and original particularly lyrically, very adventurous! The vocals are strong and the production is interesting though a little confusing at times / a bit too much going on. Would be nice to clean it up just a touch t bring all the different elements of the track out more.

This track does not appear to go where I expect it to. The track has a building quality about it which never seems to break. I appear to be waiting for a really large and noisy chorus or middle 8 that never appears.

As such perhaps the song could have gone somewhere different for a little while. However, the track is solid and the vocals are carrying an interesting tune with some solid production ideas to suit.

The vocals are well presented and I am sure that you have more tricks up your sleeve on other tracks. you have a nice soul voice there which I believe sounds like �early Moloko� as you yourself cite. The Moloko sound and production is definitely in there!

Good vocal arrangements, well presented which kick in. Not too sure about the bass drum and snare being seemingly panned � perhaps that�s the MP3? and the bass end might be a little heavy for those without a sub!

Keep doing what you are doing. More variety in the songwriting might be a good thing to build the listener to a new direction. Only a suggestion mind you. Good stuff. Would like to hear more.
