Also note that guest judges have been asked to give critical and constructive feedback to artists in order to help them develop their sounds to the stage where they could be more easily signed and help them grow and develop.
These industry professionals have volunteered their time to help artists develop their careers in music and are not employed by TPMA (all comments are direct from the judge to the artist).

Post rock that works on dissonance and bursts of heavy axing too �err, shock I guess�heavens knows it doesn�t work. God, I would hate to be the drummer in this band, you really don�t get any of the fun do you?! Keep time with rim shots and choked cymbals, that sound amazingly consistent...whilst the rest let loose�then again you could be a sequence�ah jeez that would really suck�

The Vocals were the best bit of the song this is a slight idea, so slight it might slip away without much more comment�oops, there it goes

Advice for the future: Don�t listen to me!

You don�t try to be quirky, you just are�. This track is desperately trying�. At best it sounds like an extended intro. Nothing drops, there�s no momentum and the �metal� gtr doesn�t count. This really doesn�t sound great, and theres no particularly innovative ideas at play here either�

Listen to more music, then put it all away and really try and listen to what you HEAR yourself, not what you think you should hear�
